With that level of pricetag on Doucoure’s head, it appears unlikely that Everton will be able to bring in both him and Allan.
Ancelotti worked with the Brazilian during their time together at Napoli recently, and it would be no surprise to see them reunited at Goodison Park.
His stats from the Champions League this year prove how good of an addition he could be for the Toffees.
The 28-year-old averages almost four tackles per game according to WhoScored, and he would add much-needed strength to Everton’s spine – something they were missing last season and that Doucoure likely couldn’t offer.
