‘Get rid & cash in’, ‘Squad player’ – Everton Super Fans react to new Moise Kean report

This is part of a regular series from our panel of Everton Super Fans. Each week, our Super Fans will deliver their verdicts on the biggest talking points and news stories around Goodison Park.

Moise Kean continues to impress while on loan at PSG as it looks like his Everton career may be over before it ever really begun.

French outlet Le10 Sport claim that Kean wants to stay with the French champions after finding some of the best form of his budding career in Paris.

Kean, 21, has picked up 15 goals in 29 competitive appearances for his loan side this season after failing to impress at Goodison Park.

Questions were raised over why we let Kean go once he started scoring for PSG, especially as we had no backup striker at the time.

We now have Josh King after he joined the club from Bournemouth in the January transfer window but he has so far failed to impress on his limited outings.

This report about Kean brings his future into question once again as Everton have a big decision to make in the summer.

Do they cash in on a player who hasn’t quite cut it in the Premier League or do they gamble on him once again?

We asked our panel of Everton Super Fans what they would do with Kean and there was an overwhelming similarity in their responses.

The million-dollar question

There are two sides to this but really it looks like only one outcome is likely.

Kean reportedly wants to stay and PSG would surely be interested in keeping a player who is doing so well for them.

If they offer us a decent amount of money for Kean we would be daft to turn it down considering how badly he did for us last season.

He’s not cut out for Premier League football but he can score goals in less competitive leagues like Ligue 1 and Serie A.

We can only see this ending with Kean moving to PSG permanently this summer.
