Juventus want Everton striker Kean as they fear Ronaldo exit

Juventus are desperate to sign Everton forward Moise Kean this summer as they fear that Cristiano Ronaldo will leave the club without Champions League football on offer, according to Tuttosport.

Juventus currently sit one point and one place behind Napoli who occupy the final Champions League spot, with just three games of the season remaining to find some form.

Should Juventus fail to reach the top four they will miss out on Champions League qualification for the first time since 2012, and the club believes that could see Ronaldo leave.

In anticipation of Ronaldo’s departure, Tuttosport claim that Juve are eyeing replacements to fill the void that he would leave behind, with Arkadiusz Milik and Moise Kean named as the club’s desired targets.

Tuttosport claim that Kean’s love for his former club would mean that he would likely be willing to return regardless of Juventus not having Champions League football.

Furthermore, Tuttosport claim that Juventus could look to approach Everton with a loan offer for the Italy international, or perhaps a deal that involves centre-back Merih Demiral.

Currently on loan with Paris Saint-Germain, the Everton striker looks unlikely to remain at Goodison Park this summer, with both Juventus and PSG keen to sign him permanently.

Profitable deal for the Blues

Moise Kean is a hot prospect and the transfer saga surrounding his future will likely continue to rage on as the summer transfer window draws near.

That certainly benefits Everton as far as transfer fees are concerned, because the more that Juventus and PSG both decide they want the Italian the more money the Blues can hope to demand for him.

Described by Roberto Mancini as “destined for greatness“, Kean’s stock has risen dramatically since his move to Paris last summer, with the young forward finding plenty of success in the French capital.

It’s impossible to say whether Juventus could hope to replace Cristiano Ronaldo with someone of Kean’s calibre, we highly doubt it, but it’s understandable why they would turn to someone who knows the club and who has succeeded in Turin to help steer them right again.

Kean has picked up ample experience since leaving Juve and now they might feel he could be the man they need. Will he think so too? Who can say.

Either way Everton will almost definitely find themselves profiting on Kean’s sale this summer, regardless of who pays the bill.
