Everton Super Fans slate Thierry Small
This is part of a regular series from our panel of Everton Super Fans. Each week, Super Fans from our Goodison News Facebook page will deliver their verdicts on the biggest talking points and news stories around Goodison Park.
Everton Super Fans have flocked to post from Goodison News about Thierry Small joining Southampton.
The former Everton youngster refused to return for pre-season training, and the Saints swooped in and signed the young left-back.
However, the Toffees rejected their offer of £1.5million compensation, and a tribunal will now settle that [Ben Ransom’s Twitter account].

However, these Super Fans aren’t bothered about Small leaving, and many are quite happy to see him gone.

Small won’t be missed!
It is very clear that our Super Fans believe that the club won’t miss Small, and many can’t believe he left their club for a move to Southampton.
Small was very highly rated by those at Goodison Park, but it is clear that he has a poor attitude, and we understand why these Super Fans are glad to see him leave.

Everton have Lucas Digne and Niels Nkounkou as options at left-back, so it was unlikely that Small would get much first-team game time this season, but the Saints also have a new left-back in Romain Perraud, so will he get much game time there either?
Ultimately, it doesn’t really matter as he isn’t an Everton player anymore, and it is clear that our Super Fans don’t care about Small.
In other Everton news, the Toffees have missed out on one major signing.
