Everton close in on Luis Diaz signing for £20m+
Everton are closing in on the signing of Porto attacker Luis Diaz, according to the Express.
The newspaper have reported on their website that the Toffees will spend £21.5million for the Colombian star.
It is shared that James Rodriguez will go the other way and return to his former club before tomorrow’s deadline.
With less than 48 hours to go until the deadline, the Toffees have numerous signings on their radar.
Rafa Benitez is looking to strengthen his side, with Diaz the attacker lined up to reinforce the final third.
Moise Kean is closing in on his exit, and that will allow the Toffees to splash the cash on a couple of moves.
Financial Fair Play rules have been hanging over the club throughout the window, leading to lack of activity so far – even temporarily if on loan.

Brands is expected to have a very busy end to the transfer window with Diaz not the only signing.
Solomon Rondon, Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Nathan Patterson have all also been linked as the Toffees spring into action.
The Colombian is likely the only big-money signing that will be made if it gets done, with loan moves and cheap signings also on the table.
