James Rodriguez is ‘unlikely’ to make an out-of-window exit from Everton
Everton man James Rodriguez is “unlikely” to make an out-of-window exit from Goodison Park, according to a report from the Daily Mail.
The 30-year-old failed to find a move away from the Toffees in the summer transfer window, but it had been thought that he could move to a club in Portugal, Turkey, or Russia [Liverpool Echo].
However, that now seems unlikely, possibly due to the Colombian’s ridiculous wages of over £200,000 per week. Therefore, it appears as if Rodriguez is set to stay even though the club don’t want him.

Rodriguez to be stuck on Merseyside.
The former Real Madrid man is not thought to be in Rafael Benitez’s plans and also suggested that he didn’t even know who the Toffees were playing last month.
So, his future with Everton doesn’t look great, but it doesn’t appear as if the Toffees are going to be able to offload him until at least January.

The attacking midfielder arrived at Goodison Park in the 2020 summer transfer window, but the move has turned sour now with the player desperate to leave and the club also keen to force him out.
However, it appears unlikely that he will be departing Everton any time soon, which is bad for the club and the player.
