Kevin Campbell shares verdict on Calvert-Lewin blow at Everton
We’re delighted to welcome former Everton striker Kevin Campbell as our exclusive columnist. Each week the former Toffees captain will be giving his views on the biggest talking points at Goodison Park…
Kevin Campbell has insisted that Everton will majorly miss Dominic Calvert-Lewin during his injury.
Rafa Benitez has confirmed that the England international could be missing for two more games at Goodison Park.
Campbell has backed Richarlison to step up, and if he does, the Toffees are predicted to be a real handful in the Premier League.

Speaking exclusively to Goodison News, Campbell said, “As long as he’s out, that’s what you have to deal with.
“It was good to see Rondon get a run out, Richarlison didn’t get much change out of Burnley’s defence, but I expect him to come to the party.
“If they can get him moving forward and scoring goals as well as Demarai Gray and Andros Townsend then Everton are going to be a handful.
“It is a blow to have someone like Calvert-Lewin out, because you can put the ball in and know he’s dominant in the air, so that’s a probably a sweet spot they are going to miss.”
Power.
Calvert-Lewin truly is one of a kind, and it is impossible to replace him.
Salomon Rondon will bring you similar levels of physicality, but he lacks in the speed department – and it is the same with Richarlison but the other way round.
Playing them together could work, but it is clear that Rondon isn’t ready to start given Benitez’ change of system against Burnley.
It will be interesting to see how Rafa plays it at Aston Villa tomorrow, but one thing for certain is that Calvert-Lewin will be watching on.
