Everton had a day to forget on Saturday, with Watford handing them a 5-2 mauling at Goodison Park despite trailing with 12 minutes left on the clock.
Majority of the players were poor as the Toffees defence fell apart, and Michael Keane particularly had a stinker.
The centre-back kept Watford onside for two of their goals, and the fans are far from pleased with his horrible performance.
We asked our esteemed panel of Everton Super Fans over on Facebook whether Rafa Benitez should drop Keane from the starting XI, and here is how they replied.
Keane has fallen out of favour under Gareth Southgate due to his dip in form and lack of consistency, and he is not close to getting recalled to the England national team anytime soon.
He assisted Richarlison’s goal with a brilliant assist, and he often comes up with that kind of moment once in a while, but his defending remains susceptible to errors, and he did not cover himself in glory against Watford.
With Yerry Mina unavailable, the Everton defence looked terribly weak.
Rafa Benitez will be looking to strengthen the department in January and next summer as Mason Holgate and Jarrad Branthwaite are still not up to scratch.
Everton need to sort out their defence if they want to be challenging for Europe anytime soon, and the Spanish manager will definitely be looking to recruit one or two top players in the position over the course of the next transfer windows.
In other Everton news, BBC cameras spotted Duncan Ferguson’s reaction to Watford’s fifth goal v Toffees.
