Everton want to sign Nottingham Forest starlet Brennan Johnson
Everton want to sign Nottingham Forest sensation Brennan Johnson in 2022, according to Football League World.
The Welshman is currently nearing the end of his current contract at the City Ground, with Steve Cooper looking to renew his deal.
The online outlet has reported that the likes of Newcastle United, Crystal Palace, Southampton and Brighton and Hove Albion are also interested.

Johnson is tied down until 2023 as things stand, but as that ticks down, clubs are starting to really sniff around.
Cooper, having just arrived at the club, is looking to keep hold of his brightest talents it seems.
The young attacking talent has already scored three goals and delivered the same number of assists in the Championship.

Smart?
Rafa Benitez has been forced to use limited money, and Marcel Brands could be looking to younger talent once again.
Rangers sensation Nathan Patterson was one of the first young names linked over the summer, with Daniel Jebbison another later down the line.
The Toffees have tasted great success in this market with the likes of Dominic Calvert-Lewin arriving young and for little money – look at where he is now.
Johnson could be the next name to make a future for himself at Goodison Park should a deal be agreed in the next year.
Former Forest boss Sabri Lamouchi has described the Welsh sensation as “unbelievable” in the past, and this could be a magic move.
In other Everton news, this Toffees defender is being watched very close with a major exit on the cards
