Richarlison makes his feeling clear on penalty controversy in Everton 0-0 Tottenham
Everton managed a 0-0 draw against Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League clash on Sunday at Goodison Park.
The Toffees avoided a fourth straight defeat but they could have earned more points from the game had one big decision gone in their favour.
In the second half, Richarlison had a penalty decision turned out by referee Chris Kavanagh after a thorough review check.

Initially, the referee awarded a penalty after Hugo Lloris appeared to have caught the boots of Richarlison in the penalty box.
The VAR was inconclusive in their decision and asked the referee to have a look at the monitor and make his own call. After a thorough check, he decided to change his decision.
Richarlison has posted a video on his Instagram story where it’s clearly visible that Lloris didn’t get hold of the ball, rather he touched Richarlison instead.

Major decision
It was a huge decision in the game. Everton were really playing well at the time, while Tottenham were absorbing the pressure.
A goal at that point could have given Everton a huge lift and they could have earned all three points. We have seen both teams have struggled to create enough open chances, and that goal could have separated both teams.
In the end, Everton went down to ten men when Mason Holgate was shown a red card for his tackle on Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
Richarlison appears to be absolutely convinced and so are we that the decision should have been given in his favour.
Everton are now 11th in the Premier League table with 15 points after 11 games, as we head to the international break.
In other Everton news, Benitez has assured fans that his side will do well this season.
