Sky Sports duo stunned by Everton star Anthony Gordon for England under-21s
Everton sensation Anthony Gordon made the perfect start to his England under-21 career last night against the Czech Republic.
The winger scored twice as the young Three Lions cruised to a 3-1 victory at Turf Moor in qualifying for the European Championships.
Daniel Mann and Rob Green were watching for Sky Sports and both were stunned by the impact of Gordon on his debut.

Speaking during live commentary on Sky Sports, Mann was blown away by Gordon as he made a real impact at Turf Moor.
“The deflection takes it in,” he said. “There is the perfect start for England and for Anthony Gordon on his debut.”
Green responded to that and admitted it was great to see another young talent grasping his opportunity.
“That’s a brilliant start, it’s been brilliant pressure from England from the kick-off.”
Perfect.
That was the only way to describe it.
Gordon couldn’t have endured a better start if he had tried, with two goals within 15 minutes of his under-21s debut.
Rafa Benitez will have been watching with a big smile on his face as he finally starts to get the best out of him.
The Spaniard made the mistake of dropping Gordon after he shined against Manchester United earlier in the season, and form dipped after that.
Something tells us that he will be keeping his spot in the side against Manchester City after this break, with his form too good to ignore.
Gordon is shining right now, and it is down to the likes of Benitez to keep that going after this break finishes.
