Everton star Richarlison mocks Argentina fans after t-shirt campaign
Richarlison has mocked Argentina supporters who have taken to the streets of San Juan wearing t-shirts of the Everton star.
Argentina play host to their bitter South American rivals Brazil on Tuesday night with both sides sitting in the top two positions of their World Cup qualifying group.
Brazil will be without Richarlison, however, as the 24-year-old was left out of this month’s fixtures as an injury precaution.

That hasn’t stopped him renewing rivalries with his Argentinian foes, though, as he took to his personal Instagram profile to react to images of him on a t-shirt with the caption “Se busca”, meaning “wanted” in English.
Replying to Tyc Sports post on Instagram, he wrote “Hahahahahhaah”, before posting it onto his story and writing “Me amam”, meaning “they love me”, followed by more laughter.

Wind-up merchant
This is becoming a familiar sight – an international break commences, and Richarlison takes the opportunity to mock Argentina fans.
In his defence, he has every reason to take aim this time as it is his face that is emblazoned on t-shirts in San Juan ahead of tonight’s grudge match which could go a long way to determining the winner of the South American World Cup qualifying group.
Brazil are currently four points ahead of their rivals but lost their last encounter, a 1-0 defeat in the final of the 2021 Copa America.
Richarlison played that game, and that remains the last time he lined up for them in a senior game due to fitness issues.
He’ll be desperate to return to action for the March international break, but in the meantime, he can concentrate on Everton as he returns to full fitness.
Richarlison completed 90 minutes in each of Everton’s last two games, and the rest should do him good as he aims to end Everton’s five-game winless streak.
In other Everton news, this 158-app Blues player is set to be sidelined for at least a month after suffering a knee injury at Finch Farm.
