The Citizens will be looking for three points after both Chelsea and Liverpool picked up wins on the weekend.
Rafa Benitez has gone for an unchanged side hoping for a response after a resolute display against Spurs.
Benitez’s men, on the other hand desperately need a change in fortunes as the pressure keeps mounting on him.
Fabian Delph, who has not been a regular, is also handed a start against his former club.
Tough one
Everton go into this game as massive underdogs and they would take a point if they were offered it before kick-off.
Pep Guardiola’s side are one of the best coached sides in the world and are set to give the Toffees players a run for their money.
With no Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Abdoulaye Doucoure, Benitez’s team are weakened even further and now the onus will be on Delph and Richarlison to deliver.
A win could see the Toffees jump up to as high as 7th on the table ahead of Manchester United, who recently sacked Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
It remains to be seen how this one transpires and what plans Benitez has for his Spanish counterpart.
