Tim Sherwood: Everton fans will turn on Rafa Benitez
Tim Sherwood believes that the Everton supporters will turn on Rafa Benitez and that could lead to him losing his job.
The Toffees suffered another embarrassing defeat on Sunday when they lost 3-0 to Manchester City.
They failed to register a single shot on target and managed just 23 per cent possession all game.

Speaking in the Premier League Productions studio, Sherwood, a Sky Sports pundit, said, “The wheels have come off. I don’t think the fans are happy. They demand all action. They will turn on him.
“It’s a matter of time and I think his job could be untenable.”
Quick response needed
Benitez’s side started the season well but of late, the performances have been disappointing, to say the least.
He does not seem to have a tactical plan in place against the bigger sides and it’ll lead to abject performances like the one on Sunday afternoon.
The Goodison Park faithful are going to turn on Benitez eventually if things don’t change quickly.

He shouldn’t be attributed for everything that’s going wrong at the club, but he holds some blame for it.
The board need to back him in the January window as this squad is not good enough to finish in the top half.
It remains to be seen what happens this winter otherwise his position will indeed become untenable.
