Andy Gray hugely disappointed with what he’s seen from Everton
Everton have not won any of their last seven Premier League games, and their woeful form has left Andy Gray hugely disappointed.
The Toffees have drawn just two of those fixtures, losing the others, and the former striker has insisted while previewing the Brentford clash on beIN SPORTS that injuries to their two key attackers cannot be blamed for the recent results.
Everton manager Rafa Benitez is under increasing pressure from the fans, and with his side bottom of the form table over the last seven games, trouble could be looming.

Gray said (as shared on the channel’s official Twitter account): “It’s not good enough. I know that. To pick two points from those games is simply not acceptable. Look at the form table. I’m sorry, I don’t even remember Everton being there. I just don’t believe that. It’s astounding.
“I know Richarlison and Dominic Calvert-Lewin are a miss. I know that, but we cannot be saying we’re bottom of the league because those two are unavailable. That is not good enough. That is ridiculous.”
Very bad
Six Premier League clubs have already parted ways with their managers this season, and while Benitez only just took over the Toffees in the summer, Farhad Moshiri sacking him cannot be ruled out.
The Everton majority shareholder does not waste time to bring down the axe once a boss is struggling to deliver, and the Spaniard risks being shown the exit door at Goodison Park if he fails to turn things around very soon.
Losing to a Brentford team playing in the top-flight for the first time ever is a new low, and something has to change.

Everton host Liverpool on Wednesday before welcoming Arsenal at the weekend, and failure to pick a point from both games could spell trouble for Rafa.
A lot of the fans did not want him as Carlo Ancelotti’s successor in the first place due to his Anfield past, and despite a solid start to his Toffees reign, recent results and performances have been nothing to write home about.
In other Everton news, the Toffees are plotting January loan-to-buy bid for centre-mid hailed by Jack Grealish last month.
