Natalie Sawyer predicts Everton v Arsenal
Natalie Sawyer believes that Everton might well lose to Arsenal later on today.
The Toffees host the Gunners looking to win their first league game in nine, but Mikel Arteta’s side are flying high, and it could be a difficult one.
Sawyer also revealed that she couldn’t see Rafael Benitez turning things around at Everton, and it could be another grim evening.
Speaking to Boyle Sports, she said: “You feel as though it’s a must not lose game for Rafael Benitez.
“I am pretty sure the owner of Everton has come out this week and said he’s backing Benitez.
“But there’s a clear toxicity around the club right now. [It] feels as though there is even a mutiny because the fans are so divided on the whole board situation.
“It’s a really difficult one because injuries have played a massive part in Everton’s demise right now; they need the likes of Yerry Mina and Dominic Calvert-Lewin back without a doubt.
“So you can’t put all the blame on Benitez; that been said, they’ve still put in poor performances.
“They do need a win; they need something to try and turn this season around.
“There’s a part of me that would love to see it turn around at Goodison, and this is the best kind of game for them to do that, but it just doesn’t feel as though there is any positivity about Everton right now.
“I think Arsenal can go there with their tails up, and they could come away with a win.”
More bad news for the Toffees.
If you look at this game on paper, you would say that the Gunners wouldn’t be a team that the Toffees would want to face right now.
Confidence is low, and they are shipping a lot of goals while struggling to score themselves.
Never the best combination for a successful side.
This could prove to be a very rough evening for Everton, but we would hope that they can show a bit more fight and make the best of what they have at their disposal.
The rot has to stop somewhere, and they can’t just write this game off as one that they are expected to lose.

The Toffees have dropped like a stone and find themselves in 16th place, so they really need a win to avoid being dragged into a relegation battle, which is definitely possible.
So, the Toffees have to go out there and prove Sawyer wrong and seal what would be a big win.
