The former Spurs defender is currently out injured. The La Liga winner with Atletico is apparently willing to return to the Premier League, and he has no shortage of admirers.

Trippier has established himself as one of the reliable full-backs in Gareth Southgate’s England national team. Atletico rate him highly but they could lower their asking price in January.
Everton fans are divided in opinion on this transfer link. Many feel that he is a quality player and would be a good addition for the club, while there are others who feel the club must look for young talents instead.
Here’s what they had to say:

Trippier is a versatile full-back and he would be a handy addition, considering the Toffees are lacking depth even in the left-back region as well.
He is an accomplished international, and has got a wealth of top-level experience. Most importantly, he won’t take time to settle down.
Everton need players who can make an impact now. The likes of Nathan Patterson or Max Aarons can be considered as options in the summer as part of a long-term vision.
In other Everton news, one Toffees man is set for another spell on the sidelines after suffering an injury against Arsenal.
