Kevin Campbell reacts to Jamie Carragher rant on Everton this week

Kevin Campbell has agreed with a scathing Jamie Carragher rant on Everton this week live on Sky Sports.
Speaking exclusively to Goodison News, the former Toffees attacker admitted that things have been a “mess” in recent years.
Carragher labelled goings-on in the blue half of Merseyside as a “joke” before the big 2-1 win against Arsenal on Monday (6th December).
After Carragher clearly emptied both barrels on the club, Campbell reacted to his comments, telling Goodison News;
“Everton have had too many managers over the past few years, and there’s been no continuity, there’s been no consistency.
“Rafa Benitez has inherited a squad that’s a bit of this manager players, a few that manager’s players, so it’s a jigsaw.
“What Benitez has got to do, he’s got to organise and shape this squad – I understand what Jamie Carragher is saying because it has been a mess.
“It’s been a mess because there has been no plan. Let Benitez shape this squad and see what he can do.
Transition.
Carragher didn’t hold back, and the worst part was that most of us couldn’t really disagree with much of what he said.
Now there is a new transition at Goodison Park though with numerous high-placed staff members leaving such as Marcel Brands, it opens the door for change.
It has been needed for years, let’s hope it brings big results.
