View: Everton must show Lucas Digne back door in January
It is vital that Everton show Lucas Digne the back door with Vitaliy Mykolenko set to join the Blues in January.
According to Fabrizio Romano via Twitch, the Toffees only have to make an official announcement as the deal is all but done.
With Everton being closely followed due to financial fair play concerns, it is important the Blues move Digne along as his future at the club looks to have come to an abrupt end.

No Loyalty
Digne’s actions have been completely disgraceful. The Frenchman is said to have fallen out with Blues manager Rafa Benitez which sparked a catalyst of events leaving the left back phased out at Finch Farm.
Benitez looked to calm the situation by dubbing Digne a ‘key’ player for Everton and continuing to select him after the alleged falling out, but the former Barcelona man ruled himself out of the showdown with Burnley which looks to be the final straw.
Everton need players who are ready to fight for the badge they are wearing, something Digne is clearly not. He has no love or passion for Everton Football Club if after a dispute with his new manager he can force his way out.

Benitez hasn’t been backed fully financially yet at Everton so getting rid of the dead weight could free up more funds available to use in the January window.
It would be a disgrace if Digne was allowed to stay at the club and rack up a huge wage bill without even playing. Everton no longer need him with Mykolenko set to join so the 28-year-old needs to at least be forced out on loan if he can’t find a permanent deal in January.
Moving Digne along is the only option as the Blues don’t want any rotten attitudes in their dressing room.
