Jonjoe Kenny spoke to Everton protesters after Aston Villa clash
Jonjoe Kenny was seen talking to a small group of Everton supporters who had been protesting for better governance of the club.
Despite losing 1-0 to Aston Villa on Saturday, the Toffees right-back made it a point to go and talk to the dissenting fans.
This was after there had been chaotic scenes with fans throwing bottles onto the pitch and protesting outside Goodison Park.
Good on him
Kenny might not be the most experienced or senior player in the dressing room but this was a good thing to do.
He’s mature enough to know how much clubs mean to their fans and vice versa.
As a player, he felt that it was his right to go and address the qualms of the dissenting Toffees supporters.
While we’re unaware of the nature of their conversations, they can at least be assured that their grievances are being heard.

Kenny would surely relay the message to the higher-ups at the club and if not, would at least discuss it with the playing and coaching staff.
Everton are a club in turmoil right now and the fans have every reason to be upset by how things are going.
From top to bottom, things are not going as many want it to, and a radical change could be on the cards if things do not improve soon.
In other Everton news, the club has been urged to make a move for a ‘World-class’ Champions League manager who’s admired by Pep Guardiola & Jurgen Klopp
