Tanguy Ndombele view on Everton transfer emerges
Everton look set to miss out on a transfer for Tottenham’s Tanguy Ndombele, with the player rejecting a move to Goodison, says the Evening Standard.
It appears the only chance Spurs manager Antonio Conte has of offloading a player he has no use for is if the Frenchman to return to Ligue 1, as the midfielder has “his heart set on” a move to PSG.
French football expert Julien Laurens has told the BBC today that Mauricio Pochettino “really wants him and he wants to go back”.

Standard Sport’s Dan Kilpatrick say that Tottenham’s record signing “has no interest” in a move to Goodison, or to Valencia who were believed to have an agreement in place.
Foot Mercato had reported yesterday that the Toffees wanted to take the North London outcast on loan and were willing to pay 100% of his wages, but it looks to be a no go.
Best for both parties
While it feels like another rejection of a club in disarray it is surely the right decision for both Ndombele and Everton.
A clearly talented player who commanded a fee of €60million when he moved to the Premier League from Lyon, has endured a difficult time in the capital.
He signed for the club when PSG boss Pochettino was in charge but the Argentine was quickly sacked, and Jose Mourinho’s reign went badly for the player, as it does for so many.

Constant upheaval since has left him surplus to requirements and it is hard to imagine that he would ever look at the mess occurring in Merseyside and see an attractive next step.
At the same time, he clearly needs to get back into a supportive environment in order to revitalise his career, and right now the Toffees simply are not that, so even if a move had been possible it would surely have been 100% of the wages wasted.
For all his quality he is surely not ready for a relegation battle in a toxic situation right now.
In other Everton news, the club are reportedly interested in this defender and know the price to land him.
