Frank Lampard shares his amazement with ‘great’ Everton ace Richarlison

Frank Lampard has ‘loved every bit’ of what he has seen from Everton forward Richarlison during his short time in charge so far at Goodison Park.

The Brazilian has been in the thick of the action, being involved in goals in two of the three games under the new boss having not long returned from injury.

Lampard has clearly been impressed with the 24-year-old, setting no limits to what he can achieve at the club.

“I wouldn’t compare him, he’s his own player.” Lampard said in his pre-Southampton press conference.

“What I’ve seen of him, I’ve loved every bit. The group love him for how he is around the place.

“His constant mobility is a great thing, there’s a lot more to come from him. I think he can achieve what he wants at Everton.”

Eager to impress

Almost all of the players have had a huge lift in quality following the arrival of their new boss which is expected.

There is a very strong argument for Richarlison making the biggest with the South American still finding his feet after being out for over a month.

Anthony Gordon will beg to differ with his form just as good if not better than his Brazilian teammates but that is a good argument to be had.

The Blues have had many of these players for a very long time, but the issue is they haven’t been utilised properly.

Lampard seems to know how to coach these players astonishingly better than his vastly experienced predecessors and they must be happy with him with their brilliant response – so far.

The Former England international knows how to treat players in a way to get the best out of them as he has proven at every club he has been at and he might just know filling Richarlison with confidence is a good way to get the best out of his maestro.
