Richarlison urges Everton teammates for “more consistency”
Everton attacker Richarlison has urged his teammates to show “more consistency” ahead of the Blues Premier League clash against Tottenham Hotspur.
The Blues away form has been poor this season with their trip to Spurs giving them the opportunity to change their fortune.
Richarlison was clear on his short term goals at the club but outlined his plans to make “history” with the Toffees in the future.

He told Everton: “My ambition is always to contribute to the team’s success, with goals and assists but also through hard work and running and tackling and occupying defenders.
“I want to be someone my teammates can count on.
“We have a difficult and important game at Tottenham on Monday and there is a real determination to improve our away form.
“The manager has talked a lot about the need for more consistency and as players we know the performances can’t keep going up and down.
“This is a chance to start showing we can produce our best every week.
“The focus is on the short term because of our situation in the league. But my longer-term ambitions are unchanged.
“I have said for a long time I want to make history in an Everton shirt and score lots of goals here. I believe I can have a wonderful career at this club.”

Future legend
The Brazilian maestro really could go down as one of the Everton greats if he plays his cards right.
He is already absolutely adored by the fans for what he has done for the club which in the grand scheme of things is relatively small.
The lad wears his heart on his sleeve and bleeds Blue every time he puts on the Everton top which is why he is a firm fan favourite.
If he manages to win a trophy or achieve something great with this club he will undoubtedly go down in history.
He can benefit hugely from a more attacking manager coming in in Frank Lampard as will many of the other more attack minded players in the squad.
As the Brazil international said himself, hopefully he can perform to the level the Evertonians know he can on a much more consistent basis.
