Mark Lawrenson predicts result of Everton clash v Wolves
Everton will be looking to bounce back to winning ways when they take on Wolves in their next Premier League game on Sunday (13 March) at Goodison Park.
The Toffees are heading into this game on the back of a 5-0 defeat against Tottenham Hotspur, and they sit just above the relegation zone.
Everton will have to win this game, irrespective of performance, and Mark Lawrenson has backed them to secure a 1-0 win at home.

Lawrenson said, as quoted by the BBC website: “This is another game where the crowd are going to play a massive part – if the home fans can get Goodison Park rocking like we know it can be, then of course it will spur the Everton players on.
“They will need all the help they can get, too. I think Frank Lampard’s side will win but it will be a nervy afternoon for them because of their problems at the back.
“It doesn’t matter what kind of performance Everton produce, they just need a win. They are not getting dragged into the relegation mix – they are already part of it.”
Huge game
This is absolutely “massive” for the Toffees, and they have to win this game.
The Toffees have lost four out of their last five games in the Premier League, but they have done relatively well at home, at least in terms of performance.
Frank Lampard will be hoping that his players will rise to the occasion and respond to the challenges, with the fans expected to play a huge role once more.
The away record has been horrible, so it is the home form that can save Everton from getting relegated.

The problem for Lampard is that his key players are struggling for form.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin is the club’s first-choice striker but he has found it hard to deliver since returning from injury.
The defence is another area of concern. Against Spurs, the Toffees’ backline was all over the place, and Lampard could look to make necessary changes for this game.
