Sky Sports pundit makes bold prediction on what Everton must do ahead of crunch three-game week
We’re delighted to welcome former Everton striker Kevin Campbell as our exclusive columnist. Each week the former Toffees captain will be giving his views on the biggest talking points at Goodison Park…
Five points in the Premier League is the bare minimum that Everton must come out of the upcoming three game stretch says Kevin Campbell.
The Toffees face West Ham, Burnley and Manchester United inside the space of seven days, with the relegation six-pointer against Sean Dyche’s side the most important.
Picking up the points that ex-Toffee Campbell prescribes would make the impending doom of relegation considerably more comfortable, a predicament that should never have happened he says.

Speaking exclusively to Goodison News he said: “Really, you’re looking at a minimum of five points. A minimum. The big game you’re going to have to do is Burnley for one, you have to beat them.
“If you can pick up something from West Ham and something from Manchester United, great.
“But, minimum five points. Do not lose any of those games. Or if you do lose one, you win two.
“Points are so important now. So the challenge is going to be there for a lot of the Everton players to produce because they should be nowhere near a relegation fight.
“But they are in it so they’ve got to get themselves out.”

We will know far more about the long-term future of the club at the end of the upcoming week.
The international break will have given some players a chance to focus elsewhere, and others the chance to get some training in as they search for fitness.
Lampard must have been making plans for all three games over the previous fortnight, and a solid return of points has to follow.
In other Everton news, one Toffees player was “systematically destroyed” at his previous club which explains his struggle.
