Kevin Campbell makes Moise Kean prediction ahead of Everton ‘revamp’
We’re delighted to welcome former Everton striker Kevin Campbell as our exclusive columnist. Each week the former Toffees captain will be giving his views on the biggest talking points at Goodison Park…
Moise Kean will not be returning to Everton, despite reports that Juventus wish to send him back to Goodison, according to Kevin Campbell.
The Italian forward is on a two-year loan at the Serie A giants, having failed to settle on Merseyside, with an obligation to buy at the end of the deal.
However, with the Old Lady having bought Dusan Vlahovic in January it was reported recently by Calcio Mercato on Twitter that they were looking to end the current agreement and return the 22-year-old to the Toffees, but that won’t be happening according to Campbell.

The Sky Sports pundit, speaking exclusively to Goodison News, said there was little chance Kean comes back, saying: “No not really. I think when you look at the situation with him. Obviously he was at PSG wasn’t he, then he goes to Juventus, it just hasn’t worked out at Everton for him.
“Now, what’s going to happen with Frank Lampard I don’t know, so I can’t really talk too much about that.
“But I don’t see [him coming back]. I think he’s more comfortable in Italy or abroad, but not in England.
“I think something will get done about moving Moise Kean on.
“Because look, he’s an asset isn’t he and they’ll get some money for him.
“Everton need a revamp, not an overhaul but a revamp. And they’re going to have to move some pieces around to allow the manager to move and shake.”

With Dominic Calvert-Lewin struggling in front of goal so badly, and the club needing goals to fire them out of relegation danger, Kean could have been an option.
Richarlison has also not been firing, although he netted two penalties at Burnley last week (6 April), and it took a deflected strike from Anthony Gordon to lift Lampard’s men past Manchester United yesterday (9 April).
But, despite his talent, it looks like the young Italian is seen as a financial asset by the club rather than one who can produce on the pitch.
In other Everton news, an on-loan Toffee has been given no chance of making his stay permanent.
