Super Computer makes new Everton relegation prediction after Leeds United drop points

Everton saw their chances of avoiding relegation improve slightly on Monday night, according to a Super Computer.

On 24 April, after the Blues lost at Liverpool, FiveThirtyEight’s algorithm predicted a 55 per cent chance of relegation for Frank Lampard’s side.

Since then, Leeds have dropped points away at Crystal Palace, drawing 0-0 at Selhurst on Monday [25 April].

As a result, the Super Computer predicts Everton now have a 54 per cent of going down while Burnley’s are at 29 per cent and Leeds are 18 per cent.

Going down?

The odds are stacking up against Everton now.

Not only are our own performances not good enough but Burnley’s renewed form is also becoming a massive problem.

And if you look at the remaining fixtures, the Clarets have a far more comfortable run-in.

Leeds’ next three games are tough so there’s a chance they could be dragged into the mix too but they’re also unbeaten in five.

Everton are down in the dumps and look to be going down to the Championship.

It’ll be a seismic shift in English football for one of the country’s biggest clubs to be relegated but ultimately, if we finish in that bottom three, we totally deserve it.

You’d back us to come straight back up but there’s got to be one massive overhaul of the squad beforehand because the financial implications of the drop would be unheard of.

In other Everton news, a Blues player should’ve been sent off at Liverpool, according to an ex-FIFA official.
