American TV channel fills three minutes of air-time with incredible footage of Everton fans at Leicester
NBC Sports clearly loved the scenes at the King Power Stadium on Sunday after Everton fans celebrated their 2-1 win over Leicester.
Frank Lampard’s men moved out of the relegation zone with just their second away win of the Premier League season.
After the game, fans stayed behind and celebrated wildly and NBC Sports Soccer’s Twitter account broadcasted three minutes of those celebrations with some awkward commentary over the top of them.
Superb
We have no idea why NBC showed the Everton fans celebrating for so long – but we’re all for it.
Evertonians sung their hearts out after the full-time whistle as the stunning support for Lampard’s men continued in the East Midlands.
NBC’s video clip contains repeated commentary, awkward silences and is just a bit odd – but we love it and at the time of writing, the clip has over 130,000 views.
Everton fans need to get a massive pat on the back by the club should the team end up avoiding relegation.

Let’s face it, the players simply couldn’t do anything but win against Chelsea last weekend when Merseyside was painted blue and the London club’s hotel was harassed by fireworks.
Jordan Pickford, Alex Iwobi, Mason Holgate and Richarlison also need to take massive credit because they’ve all been sublime too.
Everything seems to be falling into place now and we’d be shocked if we do end up back in the bottom three.
We have a game in hand, favourable fixtures and momentum.
In other Everton news, Collymore has taken a big swipe at this 25-year-old who he suggests is taking the Blues down to the Championship.
