Frank Lampard could make big changes to Everton lineup this summer with 4 new faces
Everton will be a Premier League side next season, after avoiding relegation under Frank Lampard by the skin of their teeth at the end of the campaign.
As soon as their survival was confirmed the club would have turned their attention to the summer transfer window, with the idea of keeping their top players as best as they can and then bolstering with new signings and removing dead wood.
But what would an ideal transfer window look like for the Toffees that could see them in a stronger position under Lampard next season?

In goal there will be no change if the club want to be successful, with Jordan Pickford cementing himself as one of the best goalkeepers in the country at the back end of the season.
Lampard fluctuated between a back five and a back four during different periods of the season, but if he is to be successful in his pursuit of Wolves captain Conor Coady [Daily Mail] then it seems likely he’ll be sticking with three centre-backs for the season.
The England international has made a career for himself playing as the central defender in a three, and could be flanked by Yerry Mina and Ben Godfrey to ensure a solid defensive unit.
Vitalii Mykolenko has been excellent since joining the club in January and replacing Lucas Digne so should continue in the left wing-back role, while skipper Seamus Coleman can share responsibility on the right with young Scotsman Nathan Patterson.
Midfield needs a big refresh though, and Lampard is likely to use his Chelsea connections as much as he can to secure his ideal squad.
The boss is a known admirer of Ruben Loftus-Cheek [Daily Mail], who has had limited game time at Stamford Bridge and could be receptive to a move to Goodison Park under a manager he trusts to give him regular game time.

Alongside him could be a fellow Chelsea teammate in Conor Gallagher, who shone while out on loan with Crystal Palace this season.
He is set to return to Chelsea for pre-season but if he isn’t guaranteed regular minutes then Lampard could swoop in with a potential loan move or a big-money permanent deal [TEAMtalk] to get him in a different shade of blue.
In order to fund these deals it’s likely that there will be a big sale though [90min], and it seems far more likely that Brazilian Richarlison will make an exit than Dominic Calvert-Lewin considering the seasons they just had.
That means he will need replacing and the club have been linked with a £30m move for Watford ace Ismaila Sarr [Jeunes Footeux] who primarily plays on the right wing. That would then see Anthony Gordon move over to the left, while Calvert-Lewin looks to restore his reputation up front.
