Billy Gilmour would be perfect replacement for Fabian Delph at Everton
This summer, Frank Lampard should set his focus on bolstering the midfield as Everton are set to undergo a rebuilding project.
The Toffees midfielder Fabian Delph is certain to leave the club following the expiry of his contract, as reported by The Mirror.
The likes of Allan and Andre Gomes are also facing uncertain futures at the club.

Delph may not have played much games for the Toffees due to injuries but he was superb last season.
Getting a replacement for him is key, and that is why Lampard must look to bring Billy Gilmour to Goodison Park this summer.
Paul Brown of The Daily Star said to Give Me Sport on 3 June that Lampard is keeping a close eye on Gilmour and Connor Gallagher.
While Gallagher is expected to feature for the senior Chelsea team next season after an impressive loan spell with Crystal Palace, Gilmour could be lured away.
The 20-year-old is an exceptional talent, and he needs regular opportunities to fulfil his potential.

Last season, he joined Norwich City on loan where he performed bit-part roles for the relegated side.
Gilmour is a technically gifted player. Like Delph, he is good at keeping possession and equally solid with his distributions.
He gives the impression of being a busy player on the pitch, but at the same time has got loads of time to pick the right passes. The maturity he has shown in some of the games he played for Chelsea is unbelievable.
He would be a brilliant addition for the Toffees, especially in the anchorman role. After a tormenting spell at Carrow Road, he will be looking to make a big impact next season, and Lampard could be the perfect guide for him.
Gilmour is an exciting player to watch in midfielder, and he could become the new hero at Goodison Park, if Lampard can manage to secure a deal for him.
In other Everton news, the Blues could be forced into a big sale as Alisher Usmanov’s name is mentioned in a transfer report.
