Tottenham offer Everton choice of Tanguy Ndombele, Jack Clarke or Matt Doherty for Richarlison
Tottenham are keen on offloading some deadwood on Everton in their efforts to sign Richarlison, with at least three players floated in negotiations for a swap.
That’s according to a report from 90min [June 27th], who claim that the north London club have floated the idea of sending any of Tanguy Ndombele, Matt Doherty and Jack Clarke to Goodison Park.
But Everton have so far resisted the temptation to include any players in the deal and weren’t interested in any of the trio put into talks.

Spurs were also interested in a move for Anthony Gordon but Everton had no interest in doing a deal for the 21-year-old, although they have accepted Richarlison will leave this summer.
Reports in Brazil suggest that the clubs are “on track” to close a deal for around £60m this week, with the player already agreeing a five-year-deal until 2027 with Antonio Conte’s side.
No chance
The last Everton need to do is bring in a bunch of players that aren’t good enough for Spurs to try and replace the player we have that they want.
Clarke is yet to make a Premier League appearance for Spurs since joining back in 2019, while Ndombele struggled hugely in England before re-joining Lyon on loan for the second half of the 2021/22 season.

Doherty has also struggled since his move to north London from Wolves too and with Nathan Patterson and Seamus Coleman at the club there is no need for a right-back.
The club need to focus on getting the right amount in cash to help with their financial situation, and also be able to reinvest it back into the squad to secure a proper replacement.
Now with the Toffees turning down their advances for a swap, hopefully Spurs get the message and come with serious offers instead of just trying to swap out their deadwood for our best player.
