Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Harry Winks prefers to join Everton
Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Harry Winks prefers to move to Everton this summer, according to a report from The Liverpool Echo.
Frank Lampard is keen to bolster his midfield this summer and wants the 26-year-old to join the Merseyside club on loan. However, Spurs chairman Daniel Levy hopes to secure a £20m fee for the midfielder.
Spurs wanted to include Winks as a part of the deal to sign Everton forward Richarlison, but Lampard wants the two deals to be separated.

The Toffees could face competition from Premier League rivals Leeds for his signature. The Whites are also keen on adding depth to their midfield and have set sight on Winks.
Overpriced?
The midfielder made just 19 Premier League appearances during the 2021/22 campaign, and he wants to play again regularly.
The England international established himself as an important player for Spurs under Mauricio Pochettino, but he struggled to reach those dizzy heights in recent years.
He is not in Antonio Conte’s plans, and a summer exit is on the cards.

Bolstering the midfield is essential for Everton this summer. Fabian Delph is set to leave the club at the end of this month while Allan and Andre Gomes are also facing uncertain futures.
The Toffees plan to sign him on loan only, and it remains to be seen whether they manage to pull off a deal for the player. Leeds could be willing to get him permanently with Kalvin Phillips all set to depart.
Winks is a technically gifted midfielder who has got loads of Premier League experience. He probably needs a change of clubs to reignite his career.
