Everton want to sign Watford striker Dennis as Richarlison replacement – report
Everton are interested in making a move for Watford striker Emmanuel Dennis as a replacement for Richarlison, according to the Evening Standard.
The Brazil international officially joined league rivals Tottenham Hotspur in a deal worth £60 million on Friday (01 July).
As per the latest report, the Toffees are in a process of finding a replacement for the 25-year-old and Dennis is on that list, potentially costing £20million.

The Nigeria international, who has a contract with Watford till the summer of 2026, is valued at around £12.6million by Transfermarkt.
Interesting Times Ahead
Richarlison has arguably been the most consistent performer for Everton since he came to the club in 2018.
He was one of the few reasons why the Toffees still have a Premier League status. In the 2021-22 season, the former Fluminense player scored 10 goals and provided five assists across 30 appearances [Transfermarkt].
Will Dennis be able to replicate the impact Richarlison had at Goodison Park? It remains to be seen.

However, he looks like a player with a similar profile of the one he is about to replace. The Nigeria international can play on both sides of the wing, despite his preference of being a centre-forward.
If he joins Everton, he can also play in a two-striker system with the likes of Dominic Calvert-Lewin or he can play on his own.
In the previous campaign, Dennis played 33 matches for Watford in the Premier League where he managed to score 10 goals and provided six assists [Transfermarkt].
