Everton outline £30million offer for Armando Broja with Chelsea under pressure
Everton are prepared to spend £30million on Armando Broja and have already outlined the offer to Chelsea, the Evening Standard reports.
The Toffees are going head-to-head with West Ham for the Albanian forward but the Hammers are still unsure of whether to match the bid from Goodison.
The Daily Mail had reported on Monday (4 July) that both sides had registered their official interest in him, but it appears that Everton have gone further in laying out the terms the terms of an offer.

Southampton, where the 20-year-old spent the 2021/22 season on loan, may have jumped ahead of both, as 90min reported on Tuesday that they are the first to make an official bid.
Broja, 20, reportedly wants a permanent move if he is not to be given a role at Stamford Bridge by Thomas Tuchel, with Newcastle having a loan bid turned down.
The Standard report that the Toffees and the Irons are putting Todd Boehly and Thomas Tuchel under pressure who have yet to make a decision on his future.
In the money
With all the focus on the lack of spending power at Goodison this summer it is a bonus to see that the club are ready to make sizeable bids again now that the sale of Richarlison has gone through.
For another club to be undecided on matching an offer from Merseyside is a positive sign that the Toffees’ circumstances aren’t too diminished in the market.
While the attempts to pick off the main talent within the squad continue Lampard has turned his attentions to his former side to strengthen.

Broja looked to be one of many options for their record goalscorer to pick up on loan this window, along with the likes of Conor Gallagher, Billy Gilmour or Levi Colwill.
But the player appears to have bigger plans after a solid first season in the Premier League with six goals and is looking for a commitment from somewhere.
The upheaval from the Londoner’s sale from Roman Abramovich to Boehly has thrown a lot of plans up in the air, but with various parties pushing for a conclusion on the Albania international they look like being forced into deciding sooner rather than later.
Lampard will now hope that his own history with the youngster can be a deciding factor if he is on his way out of Stamford Bridge.
