Wolves open to selling £30m-rated Everton target Morgan Gibbs-White

Wolves are reportedly ready to cash in on Everton target and attacking midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White this summer.

According to 90Min, the Premier League club will only sell him if the terms are right, having already rejected three offers for him, including Everton’s.

It’s understood that they are holding out for a fee in the region of £30million and will sell him if an offer is made matching their valuation.

Worth it?

While a fee in the region of £30million is certainly eye-catching, especially for Everton, given their financial situation, it could be a good investment.

In the 22-year-old, they will not only get a readymade first-team player but also one who can be a mainstay for the better part of the next decade.

He’s tenacious, energetic and one of the best under-23 attacking midfielders in the Premier League.

Goals from midfield have been the Achilles heel of this team not just under Frank Lampard, but his processors as well.

Signing Gibbs-White will go a long way towards solving that problem and it will be exciting to see him at Goodison Park working under an attack-mind manager.

We’re quite certain that another bid will be tabled for him as the first offers are usually lowballs that test the waters and it remains to be seen if the player is keen on moving to Merseyside.
