Everton set for multi-million windfall with deal likely to be completed next week
Everton are reportedly closing in on a new sleeve sponsor which would result in them bagging a multi-million windfall.
According to the Liverpool Echo, the deal is expected to be completed by next week and the sponsor would go on the jerseys for the upcoming season.
A preferred partner has been identified but no official contract has been signed thus far.
It’s understood that a deal with a US firm is close to being signed but talks are continuing with other parties as they wish to achieve their financial targets for the partnership.

Sponsorships are always welcome as they’re a major source of income for clubs today and that helps with the financial status for the future.
Given Everton’s crisis, they will take any money that comes through the door with open arms.
They’ve been looking for a sponsor for a while and finally seem to have narrowed in on the ideal partner they would fancy working with.
It’s a good thing that talks are continuing with others as they’re in no position to bring down their valuation given their current predicament.
They’re unlikely to be saved by the skin of their teeth again as they did last season so the board needs to hand Frank Lampard the funds to succeed and ensure they’re far away from the relegation zone.
