Everton target Ben Brereton Diaz not interested in signing new deal with Blackburn Rovers
Everton have received a major boost in pursuit of Blackburn Rovers striker Ben Brereton Diaz.
The Toffees are in the market to sign players to bolster the attacking department in the ongoing campaign, especially after the departure of Richarlison who joined Tottenham Hotspur earlier in the window.
According to Sky Sports, the Chile international has no international to sit down with Rovers and extend his current contract which is set to expire the next summer.

The development will leave Blackburn with very few options as this is the only window where they can get any sort of sizeable money for their star player.
Significant
Everton entered the transfer window knowing that they will have to sign a player to bolster the attacking department but with less than two weeks remaining, they are still to find a player who could prove to be a replacement for Richarlison.
The addition of a striker is even more important as the other prolific striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin has already been ruled out for the first six weeks of the season.

Therefore, with recent developments, manager Frank Lampard must push the board to make a move Ben Diaz when it is evidently clear that he wants to leave and Blackburn does not have too many options when it comes to their star performers’ future.
The 23-year-old has been with his current club since January 2019 when he moved from Nottingham Forest in a deal worth £7.47 million.
Since then, he has represented his current club in 131 matches across all competitions where he managed to score 33 times and provided 13 assists in the process [Transfermarkt].
