Everton midfielder Dele Alli is set to fly to Istanbul to complete a season-long loan to Besiktas, according to The Athletic journalist David Ornstein.
The 26-year-old has been close to a move to the Turkish club for some weeks now, with both the player and the club mulling over the potential deal.
However, Ornstein has now reported that an agreement has been reached, with 26-year-old Alli flying to Turkey to undergo a medical with Besiktas on Thursday (25 August).

The loan move away from Goodison Park may be what is best for the 26-year-old who has failed to return to the heights of his past.
The former MK Dons midfielder joined Everton to resurrect his career and rediscover the form he showed as a youngster at Tottenham.
However, he has never been able to really get going with Toffees ever since he joined the club for £40m in January 2022. [Sky Sports]
The former England international’s career has taken hit after hit in recent years and leaving England to embrace a new chapter abroad could be to his benefit.
It a surprising turn of events for Alli who many had predicted to be one of the world’s best after exploding onto the scene in 2016 at White Hart Lane.
His move to the Turkish giants is close to completion and hopefully, for him, he can find himself again in Turkey and remind people of the talent he possesses.
