Allan and Salomon Rondon could leave Everton amid transfer interest from UAE
Everton duo Salomon Rondon and Allan could leave the club in the next few weeks amid significant interest from the Middle East, according to 90min.
The Venezuelan striker and the Brazilian midfielder have both become surplus to requirements for Frank Lampard’s side after the club brought in eight new players during the summer transfer window.
And now after receiving transfer bids from Qatar before their deadline passed, there is interest in both players from the UAE and they could leave Goodison Park before the October 4th deadline.

“Multiple sources have confirmed to 90min that Everton have already received offers from clubs in Qatar for both players, and that Allan even came close to making such a move over the summer before initial talks broke down,” they wrote in their report on 16 September.
“However, that hasn’t dampened interest in the Brazilian midfielder.
“The transfer window in Qatar shut on Thursday, but 90min understands interest remains in both players from clubs in the United Arab Emirates, where the transfer window remains open until October 4.”
No problems
Everton were in a position during the transfer window where they needed to strengthen, but couldn’t allow fringe players to leave unless they couldn’t bring people in.
The club made two signings on deadline day but there wasn’t enough time to get people out of the door, meaning the squad is now bloated in certain areas.

Allan and Rondon have both barely featured this season and with the summer additions that is unlikely to change at all throughout the season.
It had been expected that they’d stick around until January at least, but with this interest emerging as serious both players could look for a big final payday and regular football away from the club.
Everton won’t miss them considering how the squad has been built up and fans will likely be quite happy to see the back of them, so it’s a deal that they should snap their hands off if given the chance to.
