Everton sale imminent for Allan with Al-Wahda terms agreed
Everton midfielder Allan has agreed on personal terms with Al-Wahda over a move to the UAE Pro League, according to Calciomercato.
The Brazilian international has not played a single minute of Premier League football for the Toffees yet this season with Frank Lampard making numerous signings in his position.
Al-Wahda from the United Arab Emirates are looking to make the 31-year-old their headline signing and Calciomercato now say that his move to the desert is just “one step away”.

There is a chance that Allan is allowed to leave Merseyside immediately having now agreed on personal terms with Al-Wahda rather than needing to wait until the January transfer window.
That would rely on either the Abu Dhabi-based club paying off his contract or Everton agreeing to mutually terminate his deal to get his wages off the club’s bill each month.
Get rid now
After a very busy summer of signings in central midfield, Allan is now not even needed as an emergency backup by the Toffees anymore so if they can sell him now, they absolutely have to.
He will no doubt be on eye-wateringly high wages as many of the Goodison Park flops have been in recent seasons and with finances getting higher and tighter these days, any money that can be saved needs to be.

Amadou Onana and Idrissa Gana Gueye have both come in and taken his spot in the side while Alex Iwobi’s sudden transformation into a central midfielder has made matters worse for the Brazilian.
That is without taking into account James Garner and then any of the youngsters starting to emerge from the talent factory at Finch Farm snapping at his heels.
Allan is now well over the edge of the cliff in terms of Premier League football and this would be one of the rare transfers that everybody would get behind unanimously.
