Sky Sports pundit Joleon Lescott predicts result of Everton v Tottenham Hotspur
Joleon Lescott has predicted his former Everton side to lose against Tottenham Hotspur when the two sides meet on Saturday afternoon.
The Toffees are on the back of a loss against Manchester United despite doing relatively well to get a draw from that game.
Spurs, who will be looking to narrow the gap on top of the table to a single point, will be gunning for a victory at their billion-pound stadium.

Speaking to Livescore, Lescott, a Sky Sports pundit, said, “Tottenham got a well-earned victory at the Amex and followed it up in the Champions League in midweek, so they will be full of confidence at home.
“Everton are improving but the defeat to Manchester United showed they might not quite be ready to challenge the top teams.
“If Spurs go ahead, they’ll shut up shop and I can see Harry Kane scoring.
“Prediction: Tottenham 1-0 Everton.”
Tad harsh
Everton gave United a fight and also took the game to Liverpool and should have picked up three points from that one.
Frank Lampard has solidified this team at the back and they’re now very hard to break down and make lives miserable for certain teams.
With James Tarkowski and Conor Coady, they now look like a very organised team and Yerry Mina, previously the best centre-back at the club may never don an Everton jersey again.
Spurs aren’t a team that takes the game to the opposition so Antonio Conte’s side may find it tough to find the back of the net.
If they take the initiative, the Toffees have plenty of players capable to play on the break and make them suffer,
We’re surprised that Lescott is being so bearish about this result as he can see just as well as anyone that Spurs are not at their free-flowing best.
