Michael Keane could leave Everton in January with West Ham United keen
Everton could be set to lose defender Michael Keane in the January transfer window amid interest from West Ham, according to 90min.
The 29-year-old has been unable to break into the Toffees’ side this season with new signings Conor Coady and James Tarkowski quickly developing a strong relationship at the back.
Frank Lampard has been unwilling to experiment in Premier League games this season but his Everton side are languishing in 17th position in the table.

West Ham are looking to make defensive signings in January with fan favourite Craig Dawson on the brink of leaving the London Stadium for a move back to the Midlands.
Wolves and Aston Villa are keen on Dawson and if he does leave, the door will be opened for former Everton boss David Moyes to raid Goodison Park to try and bring Keane to the capital.
Let him go
If Lampard has no intention of dropping Coady or Tarkowski when the season restarts after Christmas then he might as well get Keane out of the door while he can.
Reece Welch can step up to being a first-team backup for the rest of the season if need be and Ben Godfrey is nearing a full return from injury too.

That’s all before Yerry Mina and Mason Holgate have been taken into account as well so there really is no obvious place for Keane to fit in at Finch Farm anymore.
Moyes is seemingly oblivious to that, though, and is willing to give his former side the perfect excuse to sell him in January by offering actual money for somebody who shouldn’t really warrant a big price.
In truth, Everton would be robbing West Ham blind if they can offload a player they do not need for a significant fee from a direct rival.
