Everton ready Ismaila Sarr bid as Watford take one step towards selling star forward
Everton are weighing up a blockbuster bid to sign Watford winger Ismaila Sarr, according to The Mirror.
The newspaper (15 December, page 58) reports that Brazilian whizzkid Matheus Martins has joined Watford which could pave the way for Sarr’s departure in January.
The Toffees are preparing to make a massive £35 million bid to sign Sarr who didn’t return in time for the Hull game after his participation in the World Cup.

Sarr was given a few days off after the World Cup and Watford are surprised that he didn’t up for training. He was “mysteriously absent” against Hull City, and now looks close to leaving the club in January.
Get it done
Sarr suffered heartbreak in the World Cup in Qatar as Senegal failed to cross the group stage phase.
Tutto Udinese reported on 13 December that Everton were put off by the price tag put on Sarr’s head, although the 24-year-old appears to be on the brink of leaving Watford.
There is also a possibility that Sarr could be transferred to Udinese if Everton fail to strike a deal.
The price tag is extremely high and considering Everton’s financial condition, it looks almost impossible that they would be paying that money.

He is a brilliant player and certainly deserves to play in the Premier League. He is too good for the Championship, but Watford need to reduce their asking price.
Everton need to bolster their forward ranks and Sarr remains a good option. If they are serious about moving into the top half of the league, they need quality players like him.
Sarr can transform Everton’s attack, but his price tag could prove to be a big hurdle.
