Everton consider permanent January deals as Farhad Moshiri backs Frank Lampard
Everton are looking to bolster their attacking options in January, and the Toffees are considering making “permanent deals” for targets, as reported by Paul Joyce.
The Times journalist shares that the Toffees are primarily looking to scout the loan market. They want players on loans or even loans with an obligation to buy.
The club are operating on a tight financial budget but Frank Lampard needs help as the club are battling for survival in the Premier League.

Farhad Moshiri has backed Lampard publicly, and fans are far from impressed. The club has been in a downward spiral for some time now and it has been blamed on poor recruitment despite about £700 million having been spent in recent transfer windows.
Must buy
Everton need to capitalise on the January window, as they could be in great trouble if they don’t freshen up the squad.
The club could sell some of their fringe players to free up space and wages for new arrivals. The likes of Yerry Mina, Michael Keane, and Tom Davies are some of the players the club could sell in January.
The Toffees badly need to bolster their forward ranks. Dominic Calvert-Lewin has recently returned from injuries and Lampard must use him wisely. If he picks up another major injury, it will be a disaster for the club.

The summer signing from Brighton, Neal Maupay, has cut a frustrating figure, while Ellis Simms is untested at this level.
The club has been reportedly linked with a move for Villarreal striker Arnaut Danjuma, and the Toffees want to sign him on loan.
The problem with the loan market is that the Toffees are likely to face strong competition from other clubs, but let’s hope they can get some deals done quickly.
