Michael Ball tears into Farhad Moshiri after recent Everton comments
Michael Ball has not been impressed with Farhad Moshiri’s recent comments about Everton and their fans as he defended his time in charge.
He claims that he’s put his money where his mouth is as he’s tried to take the Toffees to the next level as the owner of the club.
However, Ball, someone who’s made 132 appearances for the club, believes that he’s delusional and does not see things improving.
Via Twitter, he said, “The utter mess continues! Can this club sink any lower FFS. Deluded.”
Unacceptable
It’s good to see former players like Ball calling Moshiri out as this mess cannot continue forever, especially with a new stadium on its way.
Ball has featured for the club on 132 occasions so he knows what it means to don the jersey of one of the most historic clubs in England.
To see their reputation being tarnished in this way is unacceptable and especially by someone who’s extremely wealthy and has invested millions into the club.

At this stage, it’s pretty evident that Moshiri either doesn’t care about the club or is just clueless about what it takes to be a successful owner.
Either way, it’s not something any Everton fan would want as they’re watching their club take a turn for the worse and there’s nothing that they can do about it.
Hopefully, the takeover happens soon and a competent owner takes over as Moshiri is anything but and it’s proven since his time in charge, given the number of managerial and director of football changes he’s brought about.
