Arnaut Danjuma has agreed to join Everton, medical booked in
Arnaut Danjuma “has agreed to join” Everton in the January window on loan, as reported by 90min.
The Villarreal forward was given permission to hold talks with several clubs in the Premier League this week, and he has chosen Everton over other suitors.
Aston Villa, Southampton, Nottingham Forest and Leicester all showed interest while he could have joined Bournemouth or PSV Eindhoven as well.

In the end, he chose the Toffees. Danjuma will join on loan with an option to make the move permanent, and his medical has been booked by the club.
His potential arrival will reportedly be a “huge boost” for Frank Lampard who is under pressure to keep his job safe.
Get in
The 25-year-old will be the first signing of this month for the Toffees and it remains to be seen if Lampard can get one or two more players in January.
Danjuma enjoyed a superb 2021-22 campaign for the Yellow Submarines, but he has failed to hit the high standards this season he had set for himself.
He has dropped down the pecking order at the club, and a loan move looks ideal for him.

The fact that Everton will have the option to sign him is interesting. If he turns out to be a big success, the club can retain him next summer, and it’s a huge boost.
Everton are badly struggling in the Premier League and they are 19th in the table.
The Toffees are struggling with scoring goals, while there is a lack of creativity in the side.
Danjuma can play as a striker or from the wings, and he can serve the dual purpose for the Toffees.
