Injury expert shares Tottenham update ahead of Everton Premier League clash

Tottenham are set to be without four first-team players for their Premier League clash against Everton on Monday evening, according to injury expert, Ben Dinnery.

Ben Davies is out of action for the London side with Dinnery suggesting the 29-year-old won’t return until 30 April (Premier Injuries).

Yves Bissouma is also set to miss the clash at Goodison Park (3 April) with an ankle problem and is not expected to return until 8 April. Richarlison and Rodrigo Bentancur are both also out of action for Spurs ahead of the trip to Merseyside.

Disarray

Tottenham once again find themselves on the lookout for a new manager after Antonio Conte was finally relieved of his duties. It seems to be the same problems emerging for the North Londoners, with inconsistent form eventually seeing the Italian removed from his post.

There’s a chance for Sean Dyche’s men to take advantage here. They’ve been in good recent form and are coming off of a battling point against Chelsea. The Spurs fixture marks the midway point in what is a tough run of games.

Everton

With Manchester United on the horizon, the former Burnley boss will be targeting the game against the Londoners.

Spurs are coming off of a disappointing draw with Southampton and will know the onus is firmly on them to produce at Goodison Park.

Home fixtures will be of paramount importance for Everton during the run-in. We saw last year just how much the partisan crowd can improve performances and something similar will have to be replicated during the back end of this season.
