Ross Barkley sends Everton four-word message ahead of Bournemouth Premier League clash

Ross Barkley has sent Everton a four-word message ahead of the Toffees’ final-day Premier League clash against Bournemouth.

Sean Dyche’s side know that a win will be enough to secure their Premier League status for another season. The Toffees can even afford to drop points if Leicester and Leeds United both fail to win. The Whites take on Tottenham and the Foxes host West Ham United.

Barkley has taken to Twitter on Sunday afternoon to show his support for his boyhood club.

“****** come on Everton,” wrote Barkley (Twitter, 28 May).

Get it done

Everton need to focus on the job at hand this afternoon. A win will do and the players must try their best to forget about what is going on elsewhere. If Leeds or Leicester score early, the equation doesn’t change for the Toffees.

The pressure will grow the longer it stays 0-0 the pressure will grow. It’s up to the players and how they handle the scenario. Dyche has been in this position before and his experience could be absolutely vital. With Dominic Calvert-Lewin out, finding the back of the net could be the biggest hurdle to overcome.

Everton

Bournemouth will also be up for this. They’ve enjoyed an excellent season under Gary O’Neil and are more than capable of causing problems. It’s going to be an intriguing final day with plenty of ups and downs.

All Evertonians will be hoping for a comfortable victory and Premier League football to be present at Goodison Park next season.
