Bill Kenwright Everton future verdict shared amid boardroom departures
Bill Kenwright could also be the next person from the Everton board to step down as a number of his colleagues will leave the board.
The Toffees announced on Monday, 12 June, that CEO Denise Barrett-Baxendale, Graeme Sharp and Grant Ingles will all be stepping down from the Board of Directors.
Liverpool Echo’s Adam Jones stated that Kenwright could also follow suit and hand in his resignation as well.

He wrote on Twitter, “Huge, huge news for Everton. Cannot be understated. Can only imagine Kenwright will shortly follow in resigning his current role.”
Time to go
Kenwright has been at the club for far too long and has been one of the major reasons for their decline over the past few years.
Having someone in charge in one of the highest positions despite achieving any results is disastrous, to say the least.
Had he not been cosy with Farhad Moshiri and had Moshiri been a serious operator, he would’ve shown Kenwright the door long ago.

However, the two have continued driving the club to the ground and nearly towards relegation in the past two seasons.
Things need to change at Everton and along with Kenwright, even Moshiri needs to go or at least his decision-making abilities need to be limited.
They’ve found themselves in further legal trouble and it remains to be seen how things will transpire in the coming weeks.
