Tom Davies is set to enter crunch contract talks with Everton but the general feeling is that the midfielder will leave this month, according to Football Transfers.
The Englishman, who is out of contract at Goodison Park this summer and started just four Premier League games last season, has been offered fresh terms.
However, Davies has transfer interest from both the Premier League and the Championship and could leave the Merseyside club in search of more consistent game time.
Everton could look to find a middle ground with the 24-year-old, offering a contract that guaranteed a suitable amount of appearances next season after failing to start a single game since Sean Dyche’s arrival as manager.

After struggling with injury throughout the early stages of the 2022/23 campaign, it is clear that Davies isn’t to the liking of Dyche.
Considering the midfielder is out of contract this summer, the smart move would be to allow his departure and get him off the books.
Davies has had his fair share of personal highlights in an Everton shirt, and his efforts haven’t gone noticed, but it feels like the end of his cycle has arrived on Merseyside.
His endless injuries have plagued what looked like a hugely promising Toffees career at one point, and after missing large portions of last season, he is now well down the pecking order in Dyche’s plans.
